The following make up the council of stories:
A judge of stories...who will read the article to apply… and the bill to pay. (Valerio García)
A narrator who ¨will throw stories¨ so that she won´t have to pay (Ana Gª-Castellano)
Two musicians accompany them (Virginia G-Marañón y Susana Colomer)
A giant, as if he were the sheriff, escorts the entourage, dancing amongst the people.
On stage, a cherry awaits the accused in order to show them to the public...while the guarantor pays his...story.
The judge and the guarantor will read the most important concepts that it contains and with them, the sentences given to the defender.
The Giant puts himself in charge of choosing amongst the public an ¨accused¨ who will be listening to the cherry´s corresponding story. If the public applauds, the accused could be freed.
In this way, the publication of the norms occurs, followed by an epic story.
The stories belong to the ancient Castillian tradition, being compilations such as Count Lucanor, by Don Juan Manuel, The Book of the good Love, by Arcipreste de Hita, The Knight Cifar, Miracles of Our Lady, by Gonzalo de Berceo, amongst others.
THE MUSIC that will accompany the solemn act equally comes from medieval compilations such as El cancionero de Palacio, El cancionero colombino, o las Cantigas de Alfonso X.
VIOLA, DARBUCA and GUITAR will be, amongst others, the instruments they use.
With this plot Fuero and Cuentos will go weaving their story, giving foot to what we call “EL CUENTAFUEROS DE ALMAGRO¨ that, with complicity and humor, they will develop over the platform.
