El perro del hortelano. El teatro de sus mercedes

After its premiere success, within the 42^nd edition of the Festival, ‘El Teatro de su Mercedes’ returns this year with a ‘El perro del hortelano’ motorized version, of Ignacio García. In this play jealousy and love or the contradictions between socially correct and free will of the lopesque comedy will be represented along the white Almagro streets. On this occasion the spectators will go on board a bigger Mercedes van, facilitating the distance between them: a larger ship that will sail through the beautiful Lope´s verses.

Countess Diana, jealous and in love, with her driver and secretary, Theodore, show us the dramatic essence of their work in this unique mobile stage space, during 25 minutes.
